Biography —
Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics with minors in art, Asian studies, and computer science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. After graduation, she served as a high school junior coach at a non-profit organization called College Possible, where she assisted students from economically disadvantaged communities with college admission process. During that time, Hannah enjoyed interacting with the students, sharing her own college experiences, and guiding them to successfully achieve their goals. She wished to continue this but broaden her interest to sharing her cultural experiences as well. This led her to find her true passion for teaching the Korean language and culture. To pursue her dream, Hannah applied for a master’s degree in EALC at KU. She is currently in her third year and anticipates to graduate in May 2024.
